In September, we will most likely see the next generation of Apple’s flagship phones – the iPhone 15 series. The phones have not yet been released, but that hasn’t stopped leakers and whistleblowers from talking about them and giving us an idea of what to expect.

We’re expecting four iPhones: two regular and two Pro iPhones. In this article, we’ll discuss the rumored colors of the iPhone 15 series. And yes, some information managed to slip through Apple’s protective fingers and reach the world before its time. .

It is important, however, to keep in mind that all information here is unofficial and comes from leaks and rumours. We’ll know for sure what the colors will be when the phones get their official unveiling in September!

What colors will the iPhone 15 come in?

Like every year, we expect Apple to have different colors for regular iPhones and Pro branded iPhones. Usually, Apple chooses fresh and youthful colors for regular iPhones, and the Pro ones get more serious and deep colors which are slightly more dark and not so vibrant. This year, leaks and rumors point to some interesting colors we could see. Light pink and light blue are possible color options for the regular iPhone 15, while a sophisticated-looking deep red (which some rumors refer to as crimson) appears to be under consideration for the iPhone 15 Pro.

Now let’s talk about what we expect from the colors of the iPhone 15.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus colors

All in all, we expect five or six colors (six with a new color to be added in the spring, as Apple recently did) to be available for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. The usual suspects are Midnight (a black hue), Starlight ( a white shade) and Product RED. Every year Apple spice things up with some fun hues to go along with the pretty standard ones. This year you may see some form of light pink and light blue, such as the shades shown here:

But please note that these colors have not been finalized yet.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus at midnight (rumored)

Midnight is the dark, almost black shade for regular iPhones, and it’s been around for a while now. We have no reason to believe that Apple will skip it this year, as generally this shade is pretty standard and ideal for people who don’t want their iPhone to stand out too much.

The finish should be glossy, so it’s possible that this shade will attract some fingerprint smudges, so keep that in mind. The bezel and Apple logo should be painted in a matching dark gray shade for a cohesive look.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus in Starlight (rumored)

Starlight for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus won’t be a striking color either. We’ve seen it in previous iPhone lines, and Apple will most likely keep it as a still pretty casual but fresh alternative to Midnight. Starlight is a white shade, but keep in mind that it’s not a snow-white type of white, but rather a warmer white.

Here, the iPhone 14 shows the Starlight option:

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus in Product RED (rumored)

A bold looking saturated red color option for regular iPhones has been available for a while now. Yes, we are talking about the RED product. We will most likely also see it as one of the colors of the iPhone 15.

In addition to choosing a very eye-catching red telephone, by buying the RED product you are helping to fight AIDS or the pandemic.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus Additional Colors: Possible Pink/Blue Variations (rumored)

Normally, regular iPhones get five colors upon release, and may get an additional color in the spring (like the yellow iPhone 14). Right now, it’s not quite clear what the exact shades of the other iPhone 15 colors will be.

Internet rumors point to a pink tinge and a blue tinge. The image below has been associated with what could be color variants for the iPhone 15, or at least, what Apple considered an option.

However, no official renders or anything like that showing the two iPhones in that color have been leaked, and frankly, it’s still quite early to get such leaks.

It’s possible that Apple goes with some kind of blue and pink tint, but as you probably know, there are countless fish in the sea (we mean many ways to go pink or blue). We’ll have to wait and see to find out more.

iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max colors (rumored)

As for the Pro-branded iPhones, things are expected to follow tradition: we’ll most likely get a gold, black, and silver option, with a distinctive color. Last year it was Deep Purple. Now, rumors point to a deep red color that could be the signature color this time around.

iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in red (rumored)

Rumors and leaks now point to the possibility that we could get a red iPhone 15 Pro. That would be great for many of us who have long wanted some sort of red iPhone Pro.

The shade circulating on the internet is a dark, bluish red tone. As you can see here, there are many versions of red, and the color that has leaked looks quite similar to the wine color (although the iPhone 15 Pro color appears a little more on the blue side than the wine color in the image).

Here’s what the shade of red on the iPhone is said to look like:

Whatever the shade is, if it’s even slightly similar to the one pictured above, I personally would be quite thrilled. The Pro power of the iPhone 15 Pro wrapped in such a rich and sophisticated color is going to be something we assume will appeal to most people.

Of course, as with anything on the iPhone 15 right now, it’s unofficial and it’s perfectly possible that Apple could change course and veer off the red. But let’s hope not, that’s for sure!

Now, onto the most well-known colors of the expected iPhone 15 Pro color palette.

iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in silver (rumored)

Silver is standard for a Pro-branded iPhone, and we expect it to come to the iPhone 15 Pro as well. It looks glossy and premium, blending quite well with the Apple logo and bezel, while at the same time not being too eye-catching or in face. The silver iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max will be ideal if you want your phone to look professional and serious, but with a touch of color.

iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in gold (rumored)

Another familiar hue for the iPhone Pro is gold. You can see it above on the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and we believe it will look quite similar on the iPhone 15 Pro as well (that is, if Apple includes this color in the options, but we doubt it won’t).

This color makes your iPhone stand out more and looks very premium and refined. It is an ideal option for people who want a jewel-like golden look on their phone.

iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in Space Black (rumored)

The iPhone 14 Pro is available in Space Black which is a dark variant of Graphite. Honestly, the color looks a lot like graphite, and in short, it’s a dark gray shade (not quite black). It’s standard for Apple.

It’s ideal for people who want their iPhone to be business ready and for people who generally don’t like too much color on their phones. Despite being quite a familiar shade, it still looks glossy and premium.

We believe Apple will have a similar hue for this year’s iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Conclusion: Things are still shrouded in mystery, but we’re excited about the colors of the iPhone 15!

It’s true that Apple is perfectly capable of keeping things a secret on a new version of the iPhone. Leakers are doing their best to uncover tidbits of information, but there are still plenty of unknowns (and, at least, unconfirmed details) about the new iPhones.

Things will get more exciting as we get closer to the official launch of the four phones. We think more leaks will emerge, and we might even get a glimpse of all the colors the iPhone 15 will come in. For now though, things are looking promising, at least on the Pro side with that deep red color.

When we know more, we will let you know! Stay tuned!
